Windrock Park Terms of Reservation
Reservations are subject to availability. A major credit card – Visa or MasterCard – is required to make a reservation. Acceptable forms of payment at check-in are cash, Visa, or MasterCard. Please call the office to inquire about other arrangements. We reserve the right to transfer your stay to another cabin or campsite but will strive to honor your original request.
Guests with existing reservations have the opportunity to renew for the same time period in the following year before any new reservations will be taken. All reservations must be made online, in person, or via phone conversation with a campground front desk employee. The same is true for cancellations and changes to existing reservations. Text messages, voicemails, and emails are not accepted for reservations, changes to reservations, or cancellations.
Shindig and Jamboree reservations require a 3-night minimum stay for cabins, RV full hook-up sites, primitive sites 1-26, and the bunk house.
We are happy to accommodate walk-in customers if we have availability.
We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Cancellation Policy (Updated 9/23/22)
There is no charge for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.
There is a penalty fee equal to 50% of the total reserved stay for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days of scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the total amount of the reserved stay.
A No Call/No Show will be charged the total amount of the reserved stay. All penalty fees include tax and will be charged to the credit/debit card used to hold the reservation.
Cancellations may NOT be made via text message, voicemail, or email. You must actually speak with a Campground employee in order to cancel a reservation and avoid the cancellation penalty fee. We will not accept a voicemail or email cancellation.
You MUST receive a cancellation confirmation email to verify your cancellation.

Guests are responsible for making late arrival arrangements and assume all risk for late arrival. Please call by 5:00pm EST to make late arrival arrangements. Late arrivals are required to check-in at the campground office on the following morning.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET INTO YOUR CABIN OR CAMPSITE UNLESS YOU CALL THE OFFICE BEFORE WE CLOSE ON THE SCHEDULED DATE OF ARRIVAL.
Dogs are allowed in the campground and most cabins. This excludes Cabins 12 & 13, 315, 805A & 805B, 824 and all Yurts which are NOT pet friendly. There is a $50 per pet fee at all pet friendly cabins. Please see detailed pet rules for full policy and associated fees by selecting "Windrock Park's Campground Policies and Procedures" above.

Guest accepts campground privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release Windrock Park, LLC, Windrock Land Company and Windrock Resources, Inc., their officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and/or injury to guest arising out of the use of Windrock Park Campground facilities. Guest additionally agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Windrock Park LLC, Windrock Land Company and Windrock Resources, Inc., their officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to personal property of the guest or injury to guest and/or any of the accompanying family, friends or other persons staying with the registered guest arising out of the use of the Windrock Park Campground facilities, including walking trails, bathhouses and pavilions at the Campground. Guest accepts responsibility for all damages.
